What we're about:

Throwing Paint was founded in November of 2008 by two long time paintball enthusiasts. They realized all the inconveniences holding people back from enjoying the sport they loved, and wanted to find a way to share all the fun and excitement with others without the headache.

Throwing Paint was founded on a 2 point mission statement.

The first point is quality. We do not believe this sport should have 'throw away' parts. Parts should always be top quality to ensure safe game play, and a happy consumer. Whenever possible, our custom items are machined, manufactured, sewn, or at the very least assembled within the United States. American made paintball products have the craftsmanship that items made over seas simply lack. Further, we try to work with partners who play the sport regularly. This way, they put even more passion into the product due to the love of the game.

The second point is affordability. When talking with people about paintball, one of the most commonly heard reasons was "Oh, I've always wanted to try that." So what was keeping all these people away from something they wanted to try? The answers varied, but almost always boiled down to cost of equipment. Unfortunately, most companies these days would rather push cheaply made items at a ridiculous mark-up instead of  a volume of quality products at a fair price. It all comes down to making the most profit. We at Throwing Paint are not looking to get rich off the paintball market and its consumers; hence our items are not only unique, but affordable. We actually pride ourselves on the cost of our custom items. Any item that is officially labeled with the 'TP' logo, will always be at the lowest price to the consumer. As stated before, we are paintball enthusiasts. We truly love the sport, and the friends that play with us week after week. We simply want to share that experience with everyone! The best way to do that is to make paintball equipment as affordable as possible.

Throwing Paint is proud to be an American Company. Furthermore, we are even more proud to work hand and hand with any other self contractors, Mom & Pop shops, and small companies who are also based in the United States. Many of these are also owned by paintball players, some we even personally play with, putting their love of the sport into the products that they make and sell as well. We're proud to sell these items, and some foreign items, alongside ours. In these hard economic times, it's important to support our local manufacturers when possible, and to bring good quality foreign paintball products to the market at the best possible price.
